I feel that this company is not being fair with my aunt who has mental health issues. They have given her an eviction notice a month before she is to renew her lease. The reason they say is because her home was dirty and that it smelled like smoke. Now in reality for as long as i can remember my aunt has kept a tidy home and for the past several years she has not allowed nor does she herself smoke in her home nomatter the weather or anyother reason for that matter.
