I've never had anything but a pleasant experience with the department of housing. It's a shame how many people feel entitled, this is a kindness provided by the local government, it's not an entitlement! If you go in there with a pleasant attitude and are kind they will treat you the same! Quit moaning and groaning with your entitled selves and just be thankful for the help...
