My mom had violation notice and she do not speak English ,so according to code we do not know what needs to be done .We tried numerous call to Inspector but never get in touch with him and finally I was able to talk to Ms. Clarissa and she read inspector's notes and told us what needs to be done over the phone and she was very polite and courteous .I am very thankful to Ms. Clarissa.
