Horrible workers. Gina in particular is so ridiculously rude and unprofessional. They never call you back. There communication skills are beyond disgraceful.
They need to be investigated. Unlawful denial of housing. They ignore people they deny and dont grant the right for the private conferenceto determine why the denial happened. They don't take care of the apartments off of the street views. Field in back of apartments they have maintanace unlawfully dumping stuff there and board of health has told them to stop and they haven't. Upper management has alot of nepotism and someone needs to go in there and investigate everything they are doing.

Jeannette Ray is racist. I was a victim of DV. My ex whom I had an RO against called these people and lied and I almost lost my housing. Mind you they had a copy of my restraining order and they still tried to terminate my voucher instead of enacting my DV rights as a section 8 holder. After they lost the hearing and I was able to keep my voucher they constantly accused me of trying to not report income. They purposely miscalculated my rent as well so they could terminate my voucher.
