We don't know what's going on. They won't tell us anything, are we? Supposed to pay for air conditions or or not
This whole place should be shut down and restarted. Nobody wants to do their job, they constantly give you misinformation, don't respond in a timely manner to emails or voice mails, you can beg for help and can't get any. I am a landlord so I really feel bad for the people in need of housing. This program is becoming too much trouble.
