The individual hung on me while giving me wrong information when I requested to ask to speak to someone else. She was an incompetent person. My recertification is not complete because I did not receive any email or letter stated it has been done. My landlord has not received anything either. She did not want to handle my call correctly or give me the information that I need to know.

They never answer the phones the office is never packed or busy and yet no one answers. The workers aren't prompt with turning in paperwork and put residents like my self at risk because of their lack of work ethnic. Fire the staff and bring in a new staff that wants to work and not judge us because we receive assistance. If you guys are hiring I'm available and could show these workers what customer service should be!

I've called Ieft multiple voicemails emailed and nothing. I don't hear back from my case manager. I've been trying to contact them since December. Now it is February and I have not heard anything. My voucher is due March 1st. I'm so nervous because I cannot lose this assistance at the moment. The people that answer the phone are rude and they just tell you to be patient. Edit: I went up about 2 weeks ago. They told me they never received emails and emails are the best way to get in contact with them not phone calls.
