This place is crazy I been calling trying to find out where my voucher is after two years of running around now I’m about to lose my place all of a sudden I get a letter after running around calling god knows who now my voucher is being terminated when the landlord never got his money. I turned in everything before the change now they can’t find nothing but my case has been open since then this is a mess. I am got so much good information, the place gets very busy at times, but I went on a Friday afternoon, the person at the front desk J.S was so helpful. She helped me figure out my issues and gave great advise, and understand my options, she took care right away, and downloaded my form and created a ticket between the tenant and myself. Thank you so much.
