These case managers in this office needs to be investigated and fired. They have been operating out of incompetence for so long that they really think they can get away with mishandling participants. This seems as if this is ongoing problem from the office on wilshire and now this office. I am not new to Section8 and I never had this much of difficulties getting what I need from them. My husband, an army veteran, was experiencing homelessness. He was sleeping in his car outside of this establishment. After two weeks of watching very expensive, luxury cars parked in the employees parking lot and even more expensive luxury cars in customer parking he decided to go up to the door and ask about a temporary voucher. I ported back to Los Angeles and the worker never sent my voucher packet with Rfta to find a house and I had a Vawa approval and I had unfit living conditions in our home I should have had my son's and I treated better they called my God mom's where I was staying and said they (Juan Martinez)needed me to send papers back to them but never sent them to her house or threw email it caused my whole family to break up
