The office has been open for walk-ins. Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. They just have not announced and they have no sign up for office hours. They don't want people showing up at the office. But for all the people that have problems getting a hold of workers; they are open again. The door is usually locked so it makes it seem like they are closed; Don't walk away. They are open and the security guard will open the door. Knock and wait till they open the door.

I am about to experience homelessness I am a single mother with one kid and in need of assistance for housing sec 8 , I need help please.
I am very grateful for them being there for me and my daughter. I have no issues at all when I have to come in here. Everyone is really good and helpful. The only issue I have is that when I need to contact my Case Worker she never ever responds. I have to contact the main office in Los Angeles on Wilshire then they send her an email. It makes it more complicated.
