Really nice office good people
Iris Hatchell and her supervisor Starr Oyerinde are incredibly nasty women. Hatchell tried to terminate my benefits accusing me of not sending a copy of my CA ID for my annual review even though I sent it via email to BOTH of them and to THEIR supervisor David McClure at least once, to which none of them ever responded nor acknowledged. The office has been open for walk-ins. Mon-Fri 8am-4pm. They just have not announced and they have no sign up for office hours. They don't want people showing up at the office. But for all the people that have problems getting a hold of workers; they are open again. The door is usually locked so it makes it seem like they are closed; Don't walk away. They are open and the security guard will open the door. Knock and wait till they open the door.
