this is a place for you if you can wait 3 in half months to have repairs done.. I currently live here and my ceiling just got fixed since Jan. this is cause from roof leaking in Jan. and didnt get fixed until May,8,2023 sadly i have to mark with 1 star and wouldnt give that
Would rate zero but not an option. I have family that lives in these low income apartment. There is mold growing in the bathroom ceiling and in the hallway. Manager has been notified but there is no maintenance to fix the issue. Apt has been inspected and I have no clue how these past. Widows in the kitchen screwed shut and others don't lock which is safety issue. Housing authorities need to inspect and fix the issue, mold alone is a major health issue.
