Although trying to get them to answer the phone almost seems impossible but upon arriving Michelle at the front desk was awesome
I agree either way the others this place has no urgency to hell those who qualify, when your name comes up they have no decency to help you with the paperwork & you will have to wait all over again. I will be filing a formal complaint. There are also never anyone available to speak with you on the phone. Thank goodness I am getting the help needed otherwise this place & the people working in this organization are terrible.

The service here is horrible. You can never get anyone on the phone and if you do they’re extremely rude!
