I submitted a doctors note for reasonable accommodation and the man who run's the Conway Housing Authority Illegally discriminated against me stating they would not accept the note unless they could call that doctor and verify they treat me and I am their patient. This is HIPPA protected. Why would he assume it is not a real letter?? Further, he said that I have to send him details about my medical equipment additionally which is HIPPA protected and ADA and Fair Housing do NOT allow them to ask about my disability and medica... read more
