I am very pleased with the professionalism from staff and the maintenance team. I recognize the hard work that’s served on the daily basis and the quality customer service especially from the front office. I would give 10stars for the level of service I’ve received!

The whole department is declining, from lousy maintenance to rude front desk woman at the office. I was without AC from May - July. Called to talk to someone about moving out and the front desk woman was extremely difficult to work with and plainly rude, in her mind you should know everyone’s names even though not once she mentioned hers. She was noticeably bothered to have to help.
