I just want to say Tanya is an awesome person and Kevin you are too
The whole department is declining, from lousy maintenance to rude front desk woman at the office. I was without AC from May - July. Called to talk to someone about moving out and the front desk woman was extremely difficult to work with and plainly rude, in her mind you should know everyone’s names even though not once she mentioned hers. She was noticeably bothered to have to help.
We moved in the 24th of March. Not even a month later our fridge is going up the vent over stove wasn't connected toilet over flows no washers I hate they had openings here. We been here 1yr now I hot water heater went out twice we can't shower but they want them money orders on time. Revamp how yall are doing business. Better business bureau is real
