Horrible! The current property manager for Butler Terrace and L. R. Patton apartments Carmel Woodard is very rude and disrespectful! Customer service is not her specialty...no wonder so many good people move out and the criminals stay...because they know the property manager could care less and they voice this every chance they get! She has absolutely no concern about the residents that live there whatsoever! Basically all they do is collect rent. SHAMEFUL!
Too quiet
I lived at Johnson towers for 15 years and about a year ago a girl that lived next door to me was on drugs and she started a fight with me it was on camera that she hit me first but I got in trouble and 2 days later I had a eviction notice on my door that what you get when you have racist mangers they don't need to be there but I took it to court and you should to if it happens to you
Resident Council board not helping residents know where money is going or giving notices on doors when food boxes arrives or meetings same ones get donations over and over
