The lady that works at the front desk will lose your paperwork and then threaten you. That if you don't get it back into her on time. You're going to lose your place. I emailed it to her and brought it in for her to personally Scan them and she still told me it that she doesn't have them even though she personally copied them.
I'm not someone who reviews places based solely on friendliness, I usually try to assess and allow the single mother behind me the opportunity to be forewarned about some of the shenanigans this place has to offer. I came to find and out after moving in about 3-4 months ago there was a crazed drug addict who was on a warning poster I had inquired about prior to putting down the deposit or making plans to "move in".
