Mrs . Ayana receptionist , Over the phone included in person always extremely nice helpful go beyond her Job to help you. Then you have another lady Always rude, cocky,arrogant her spirit alone is toxic etc.... then there's another Guy working there not sure what his title is very helpful nice always. Some of these case worker's & supervisors that work for most of housing authority have terrible behavior most important they tend to look down at you especially in orientation for vouchers etc .... Edit (update). As of August, Section 8 is no longer on Guava. It was separated from the Brevard Housing Authority and is now located at 565 E University Blvd, Suite 101, Melbourne, FL, 32901. There has been much confusion over this. This caused several people to drive to the wrong location to turn in paperwork. There needs to be a separate entry for the Section 8 office as it has a different address.

Section 8 voucher holders beware!!! Use any other housing authority but this one Supervisor is rude & cocky( don’t even know if she was a real supervisor) Email to use to contact your so called section 8 technician isn’t legit. No contact phone for you so called section 8 technician. No section 8 technician name. No one never responds to anything. Many questions go unanswered. New building and no one does their job. They just do as they please when it comes to rent amounts. Even my apartment manager hasn’t received any phone... read more
