My biggest concern is it is so cold in my apartment. And I can not control the temperature. There's no thermostat for individual temperature control in the apartments. It's May, so they turned the heat off, what are we supposed to do when it's 30 something degrees outside and freezing in our apartments. It's ridiculous. I should not feel cold like this at home.
