I’ve lived at Fairmont Cottages Rentals in Duluth, MN, and unfortunately, the experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. While the units are new and the grounds are beautiful, those are the only real positives. The cottages are extremely overpriced for what you get — small 620-720 sq. ft. units that are smaller than the average apartment. Tritowers is notoriously known as the worst place to live in all of Duluth Minnesota, if not all of Minnesota. It's unsafe and shady. Everybody gossips and is in your business. Shady stuff going on all day long. Can't trust a single person. Not one single person.
Very nice people, very helpful and I absolutely appreciate the way they put low-income people into their own safe home that's paid for by other people. Anyways, whatever to the jerks who have no common sense or self discipline!
I got my section 8 took because a job lie and said I made more in my wages it was a lie i mean $20.00 over they said I had it from "1996" until 2022" I'm still fighting it to get it back It been one year the job I had was parttime job at the time now tell me want can you make over on a part time job! I think this is unfair too me I was on ssi as well and lost that too because of my other Job!
