I’ve lived at Fairmont Cottages Rentals in Duluth, MN, and unfortunately, the experience has been overwhelmingly disappointing. While the units are new and the grounds are beautiful, those are the only real positives. Tritowers is notoriously known as the worst place to live in all of Duluth Minnesota, if not all of Minnesota. It's unsafe and shady. Everybody gossips and is in your business. Shady stuff going on all day long. Can't trust a single person. Not one single person.

Very nice people, very helpful and I absolutely appreciate the way they put low-income people into their own safe home that's paid for by other people. Anyways, whatever to the jerks who have no common sense or self discipline!
