Picked up an order for scacciatta , which was placed about 4 days ago and politely asked if it was made fresh to order and “Alex” assured me that it was. I bought four cinnamon rolls put them in a bag left them in the bag when I got home, my son went to eat one that evening after dinner with a cup of coffee it was so dry and hard he had to throw it away, took it back the next day I explain to the young man he was very nice, he went to the back with the three cinnamon rolls I had left, he was gone for a good 7 to 8 minutes, came back gave me 4 more, he even asked me if I’d like the other ones I said no they were hard as brick… See more
OMGosh went to buy pastries saw small roach's in case with cookies!! I left will never go there again! I should have listened to my friends that found mold in their cream horns! GROSS!
Food is not worth the price they charge. Icing taste like crisco. What ever happened to the cream horns I will never know .
Housewife and the new owners are absolutely wonderful and so so kind. My family has gone to Housewife since before I was born and will continue to go. They made my wedding cake on short notice for my small ceremony due to COVID-19 and it was the BEST cannoli filling and almond cake I have ever had. I can't wait to have it again at the big ceremony next year.
