History Established in 2004. We started out as a hearth store and over the years added patio furniture and grills to offer a more complete product offerings to our customer. Meet the Manager Faye S. Manager I have over 20 years experience in the hearth industry, selling and helping to service fireplace needs. I also come with a degree in Interior Design, allowing me to assist not only with hearth selection but also with patio furniture selection.

Top notch go to place for all outdoor needs. From thier salespeople to their products and services. And they even offer cooking classes
I was disappointed in the customer service. I purchased an expensive grill. The purchase experience with that was good, but when I had trouble with the product and needed assistance (within the warranty), I was unable to get the staff (including managers) to help. I ended up contacting the manufacturer (Big Green Egg) who helped right away.
My husband and I came into the store about a week ago. We were pretty unsure on the direction we wanted to go with our patio furniture and decor. Kristen was extremely helpful and full of great ideas since we were limited on spacing. We will definitely be back in.

We were in the store browsing and Kristen DeLong was very kind and helpful on helping us find the outdoor space we were needing.........when we come back we would definitely love to have Kristen help us again......She was great
Had a problem with my fireplace on February 1 called three times in successive days and was told scheduling person would call me on the Fourth of February to schedule an appointment, unit has been installed for approximately 5 months. Now its February 17 and still have not heard from anyone. I finally gave up and took the unit screen and door off and fixed it myself. Seem to be very interested to call you about selling a unit but not concerned about support apparently.
These people are friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with! I have worked with them for years and years! (Unlike Fireplace Concepts on Regency Road, that treated me impatiently, rudely, incompetently!) Housewarmings is truly the ONLY PLACE TO GO!!!
It's always a good experience when one of the guys comes out to get our 2 sets of gas logs ready for winter and it is quite a job. But they do it cheerfully and very very professionally. Thank you all!
I am pretty disappointed in this company. I do have to say that in the beginning all went well. I worked with Antwan in the store and Jason who came out and inspected my fireplace. All went well and they both let me know which wood burning stoves I could choose from. I chose a very beautiful Jotul and paid for it the end of Sept. 2015. It was installed the end of October 2015 with no issues. I am very pleased with the stove but am not please with what is happening now.
