I hired Edgar and his team for drywall repair and painting due to water damage in my house. They agreed to do the work for the amount my insurance estimated and did a terrific job. They were prompt and finished much earlier than expected. The paint job is superior to the original, which was done by a major builder as the home is fairly new. Very happy to have this behind me and glad I was able to find 1one Construction to handle this part of the job.

Professional, neat and tidy and awesome work ethic
Edgar came on time to do some outdoor painting. We asked if he could also do some indoor painting and he gave us a very reasonable bid. He did both jobs and was meticulous. He is extremely precise in making sure that everything looks perfect. My husband and I wish that we had found him years ago! He is very professional, very friendly and very good at his job. We will absolutely be calling him in the future and will refer him to our friends.
