Rented a townhouse in a great location for 7 years. Never late on any payments and because I didn’t give 60 day notification for moving out I didn’t get my deposit back. Yet they rented the townhouse I was in immediately and were able to charge more for rent. So in the end they got more money!
AWFUL IMMORAL SCAMMING FOLKS DO NOT RENT FROM HOUSES INC. EVER WHAT THEY DID TO MY BEST FRIEND IS PURE EVIL. THEY THEN TRIED TO STEAL HER VOICE AND SILENCE HER VIA THREATS MORE TO COME VERY SOON, IN FULL DETAIL.
Been renting from them since 2019 and they’re great. Excellent attention to detail, any maintenance issues are always solved promptly and by an excellent crew. Miranda in the office is always available, understanding and helpful. She rules!
