Place is off the hook
A number of the reviews are out of date or just flat wrong. The fire station is just .4 of a mile away so response is very good. I moved in here late in 2023 and was impressed with that manager and the ones that followed. There were NEVER cockroaches in the whole building, just one resident's BAD housekeeping caused three other apartments to be infected too. Cleanup was completed with haste. This place has a SERIOUS COCKROACH INFESTATION THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE BUILDING!! ALL OF THEIR BUILDINGS!!
Once again hired new management & security. Alarms working again.
