I don't appreciate receiving postcards offering to by my house for less than half its worth, it's annoying and makes this "business" look like a scam. Herb did a great job with staying in touch with me, hes understanding and cares about his clients.
They will not Stop mailing stuff to may late dad, and calling, I have asked them to stop and they said they would and I'm getting stuff again in mail to my late dad wanting to buy his house. It's becoming harassing and really pissing me off they won't stop. Maybe they will stop with me leaving a public review. I have called and emailed them to stop not sure how else other than lawyer. The address on the post card from today is housemax address. 430 n 5th st
