Misleading photos.. misrepresentation of issues... photo happy - takes pictures of leaves and a stick outside. Every photo looked a hundred times worse than anything actually there. Totally absurd 262 page inspection report and everyone is always telling me how immaculate my house is all the time. Tyler Mullins and Housemasters are a joke. Very detailed report. I am impressed by just how much the inspector found that I didn’t see myself. Well worth the cost. Lots of detailed pictures. Love being able to make a repair list to discuss with seller. I would definitely recommend this company.
