Very thorough
Sadly , I have to give a poor review of this company. After speaking with the owner (Brian) which took a month , it is clear that this company provides at best , average service , and will hide behind industry guidelines at the first hint that items were missed during an inspection. In my case a failed laminate floor system, among other things. I have hired this firm a couple times , and would not hire them again. There are better firms locally.
