Thorough, Detailed and Customer Service Oriented
I had HouseMaster in Charlotte perform a pre-drywall inspection on the home I’m building, and they were fantastic. The inspector, Tim, was very thorough and even called me on his drive home to go over his findings and concerns about the trusses. He clearly had my best interest at heart and took the time to make sure I understood everything. I passed his report on to my builder, and they’re now taking care of all the repairs. I really appreciate the attention to detail and genuine care—highly recommend HouseMaster!
Would not recommend this company to inspect your home. Very lazy and missed a lot of stuff on my house that I unfortunately purchased without getting a second opinion.
