We had a Pre-Listing Inspection with Daryl and he was great! He was super friendly, he was really thorough, and he explained everything at the end. He even told us to reach out of we had any questions about his final report! I highly recommend House Master and especially Daryl!

No wonder they are using all different names. They way they conduct inspections is super unprofessional. Completely focused on making problems, where there is none. The entire deal fell apart due to them being too lazy to reinspect the house properly. Worst people I have ever dealt with. When you are an inspector you should be honest about your work, not lie to charge their customer more money. Shame on you!!!!
We had a bad experience with the inspector (Paul) from this firm. He is very unprofessional and condescending. His inspection was also sub par. He couldn't spot some glaring issues and he wasn't observant enough to figure the access to one side of the attic. Suggest not wasting time and money with folks from this firm
Mike Kuhn was unprofessional and unreliable in his inspection. He swept my backyard and then 5 years later when I went to sell my house a tank was found in the middle of my backyard. He refused to take responsibility for his service and was in denial. He was rude and disrespectful when he heard that a metal tank was found in my backyard and proceeded to then hang up on me. Would not recommend for quality service!!
