Let me start off by saying I don't rate or review any company or organisation. This company has made the inspection prossess absolutely horrible. I've received two phone calls from this company last Wednesday. The first call lasted about 3 minutes, and they did not take into consideration my schedule at work and assumed I would be ok with that. Did not complete inspection on a potentially purchase. When I called to ask why they told me the tenants stuff was in the way. I asked why they didn't contact me because I would have had my agent resolve the problem so the service could be completed. I asked for them to go back and complete the service that I paid for and Tom Russo said he would charge me an additional $150 to come back out.
