Dan did a very good & thorough job on inspecting the condo and had very good tips on not only what he found, but also just what to look for in the future! Highly recommended
Had Chris come back out for a second home inspection and just like last time he was very thorough and made sure everything he found was explained to me in detail. Very happy with his work and his inspections make you feel confident about the information he finds.
Trey and Dan were both great to work with. I purchased a new construction home and was told by the builder that I was not allowed at my inspection due to “insurance reasons”. The builder also rescheduled my inspection multiple times due to delays in the construction. Trey was patient, understanding, and even tried to go to bat for me to be at the inspection, but it unfortunately did not work out.
