Dr. Houseman certified my husband’s death erroneously. She made up a timeline for his pancreatic Cancer which was the cause of his death. She made up the four month timeline when from diagnosis until death was two weeks. Plus she made up or bought into a claim that the major cause of death was a Pulmonary Embolism. The link to pulmonary embolism was only because there was a bed for him on that floor and the doctor at Urgent care “snagged it” but the cause of death was Pancreatic cancer which had spread to his liver.
