I would actually give 3.5 stars but can't seem to do that on here. I had bi-weekly recurring appointments but had to cancel, because I moved out of state. The 2 sets of cleaners I experienced were good, but I don't feel that a standard is shared across the company of what is expected. They do have 3rd party contractors so that may be part of it. I also made clear that I had 4 dogs, but one of the first cleaners had some issues (even though my only big dog laid on the couch through most of it except the greeting when he sniff... read more
