My family was forced to move out of our last property managed by this company. It was due to Rat and bug infestation and refusal to place a proper lock on the living room window at 2111 Freewater st Shreveport. We moved in to another property managed by them and now our children are sick due to no heat in the kitchen, restroom and washer room. They make everything easy for the tenants, the homeowners, and the contractors. Excellent company to do business with.
Excellent property management company. They treat their employees incredible and handle business the way a business is supposed to be handled. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

When I had problems with a house that was taken over by house life properties due to the previous agency neglected our complaints, house life properties got us into a better home the next month. Tim is very reasonable he deserves a promotion and raise. Shreveport Bossier realty rented me an infested house and put the weight on house life properties but Tim got everything taken care of and got us into a way better home. Very reasonable guy
