When I had problems with a house that was taken over by house life properties due to the previous agency neglected our complaints, house life properties got us into a better home the next month. Tim is very reasonable he deserves a promotion and raise. Shreveport Bossier realty rented me an infested house and put the weight on house life properties but Tim got everything taken care of and got us into a way better home. Very reasonable guy
I've met these people personally. They're very understanding and down to Earth. You'll have to be reasonable with them. Don't go bullying them around and you'll get great results. They actually came out to my home and inspected it personally. So the reviews about them not caring are false in my opinion because they are a stand up group of people who'll meet you half way. Don't expect any super hero save the day type stuff but they are reasonable if they can fix it they'll fix it plain and simple.
Been in my home for a year now. This team really cares about their tenants, they saved my life coming out of a nasty and abusive marriage. My kids and I had nowhere to go until I applied with these amazing people! If there was ever an issue it was resolved immediately. Very good people wonderful home. Looking forward to being with Houselife for quite a while!
