Big supporter of small business but not overly fond of my experience here. Quoted 375$ for 2 cleaners for 3 hours, had a hiccup with the electricity so they had to reschedule, expected a reschedule fee but never got one. I was warned it was dirtier than anticipated so it'll be a little more money, I said no problem. While cleaners were there they texted me to say "we need more time or do you want us to stop" I said please continue and have your boss send me an updated quote, this happened twice, never got an updated quote.
