The first few months this group did a very good job. However, the last two cleaning sessions within a month was extremely bad. A two-bedroom/bathroom residence and they did a half job in each bathroom. Kitchen & office questionable and left most of the lights on. They did vacuum carpeted rooms very well. I've just recently started using Housekeeping Associates after having been spoiled by a wonderful cleaning gal (and friend) who moved away. I didn't think I would be able to find anyone who could do the job as well, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the job my Housekeeping Associates gals do for me - they are great! They are on time, super friendly, and do a wonderful job keeping me clean and presentable! I'm so glad I found them and would recommend them in a heartbeat!
We are happy with our team from Housekeeping Associates. It's nice to have the same team come most weeks, that way they get familiar with our house and we get comfortable with the job they do. I am happy with Housekeeping Associates. They do a good job cleaning my house, kitchen and bathrooms are well-done, and they do a good job with wood floors. The few times I have needed to change schedule, they have accommodated my needs.
I have been consistently pleased with the service provided by Housekeeping Associates. They arrive when promised, are pleasant to be around, and do a nice job. Plus Charlie, our beagle, LOVES them!
