Services were not performed as agreed. We ended up cleaning our own home on numerous occasions after they had "apparently" cleaned our home. These were not "touch up" jobs, this was fully cleaning up areas that they had missed. We ended up canceling our services with Housekeeping and Associates. Over a year later they send our account to a collection company for a past due invoice on services they did not perform. The VP of operations ( Ryan Morgan) when he does not agree with you, refers to his client as a "derelict." ... read more
