I booked 2 hours of cleaning services and a male as well as a female cleaner came. Both were advised not to either not wear shoes or put on booties in my house as we are shoe-free household. However, the male ignores the request several times and took off his booties during the service multiple times. He not only wore shoes in my bathroom, he wore shoes in my bathtub! The female cleaner was decent but the male cleaner was slow and it took him 50 minutes to clean one small bathroom. He even broke the little one's potty traine... read more

We've been using Housekeep for our home regularly for several months now and their team has consistently done a fantastic job, often going above and beyond. The crew is great! They do a wonderful job. They also accept feedback appropriately and when there is a little issue, it is fixed.
