waited forever for them to show up to have tech spent less than 5 minutes looking at the appliance. surprise, did not order correct parts. so now it is Christmas eve and I can't cook. do not even care I took off work twice for this issue. refuse to order correct parts or to help in any way.

Terrible customer service. Going on 19 days to fix my dryer. Rude and unwilling to go the extra step to satisfy the customer. Do not use this repair service company.
Called for a washing machine repair. Repairman came in on 10/8. I was told a part had to be ordered and it would be in the next day; and the repairman would come out Friday or Monday to install 10/12 or 10/15. I called on Tuesday 10/16 because I had not heard anything. I was told the part still wasn’t in. Was given a date of 10/18 for someone to come out and fix it. Took 6 weeks to fix our microwave we were told 3 days(part on back order but don’t set expectations you can’t deliver ). then when it was returned, the fan cover had both plastic pieces snapped off so it won’t stay on and the metal casing was bent so it no longer sits flush. they don’t seem to care. Waste of time.
I went in got service really fast they took care of me and left me satisfied I would recommend them to anyone
