Michael handled everything to prep my rental house for sale - new light fixtures, paint, light bathroom refresh, coordination with property management, etc. It was a major relief knowing the house prep and sale negotiations were in his hands. Michael is responsible and responsive, giving us updates on available houses and getting back to us within minutes whenever we had questions.
