Mike and his colleague Katie did a fantastic job in helping us structure an offer on a home. Ultimately, our offer was accepted and while it was well below asking, it’s details that I wouldn’t know but Mike guided me through that proved immensely helpful. Mike’s depth of knowledge about the local market was immediately obvious to me. Furthermore, he was always available and extremely helpful throughout the entire process! 5 stars!

I recently bought my first house and Mike made the process super seamless and enjoyable! He is very knowledgeable about the Valley and helped me find the perfect house for what I needed! He also was able negotiate 15k off the asking price which helped me cover closing costs. Will definitely be using him in the future for any investments/personal home purchases!

Mike and Katie are top notch! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way! We bought from out of state and did not have the luxury of being in town during the buying process, but they both made the entire process very easy for us. I highly recommend using them when you are ready to purchase a home!

Mike and Katie helped us get our first (and dream) house. They were incredibly responsive, professional and helpful. They thoroughly guided us through the process because we are first time home buyers. Katie scheduled any showings at last minute and is always accommodating our schedule. Huge shout out to our realtor, Mike D’Elena, who assisted with the sale of our old home and purchase of new home. Mike’s communication skills are par none. He always remains available to us at any time of the day or week and was incredibly transparent for the duration of the home buying and selling process (even in leaseback cases).
