He went above and beyond, literally, asking for specifics from wants vs needs, finding a home that checked every box not only 2 days later. Fully advocated during the inspection period, and advising with such a confidence that we felt solid and well informed with every decision we made. Mike and his colleague Katie did a fantastic job in helping us structure an offer on a home. Ultimately, our offer was accepted and while it was well below asking, it’s details that I wouldn’t know but Mike guided me through that proved immensely helpful.
