Mike and Katie are top notch! They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable every step of the way! We bought from out of state and did not have the luxury of being in town during the buying process, but they both made the entire process very easy for us. Mike and Katie helped us get our first (and dream) house. They were incredibly responsive, professional and helpful. They thoroughly guided us through the process because we are first time home buyers. Katie scheduled any showings at last minute and is always accommodating our schedule. Huge shout out to our realtor, Mike D’Elena, who assisted with the sale of our old home and purchase of new home. Mike’s communication skills are par none. He always remains available to us at any time of the day or week and was incredibly transparent for the duration of the home buying and selling process (even in leaseback cases). Mike has successfully negotiated three transactions for us over the last three years as both buyers and sellers. The level of customer service he and his team offer is unparalleled.
