I would not recommend anyone to go through this company. My mam (grandma) had stage 4 esophageal cancer- they first visited us on May 26th and told her she had a few weeks to maybe months left. After that up until June 7th they visited maybe four times throughout that (they were supposed to visit twice a week.) She got really bad the night of the 6th around 5:30 pm, we called hospice around 6 pm, and they got here around 7:30, which is okay and normal for the distance they had to travel. My step-dad was in a nursing home & passed 2 wks ago. The last few days of his life, this company went against my wishes & terminated all his meds...he had pneumonia & then had the audacity to call me & tell me that they didn't know why I didn't want him on constant morphine. They also told me he was comatose but my aunt was sending me pics of him kissing my mom! My mom is bedridden and the family needed help morning and evening to change her into dry garments. House calls only visit patients 9-4 and only once a day. Was told an Rn would be stopping by twice a week. In reality, it's been once a week then only if they don't have more pressing issues. They helped get supplies but otherwise pretty poor service

I highly recommend Housecalls staff to all! The professionalism and compassion this staff gave not only my mother Jean Wigal at the end of her life, and a dysfunctional grief stricken family 💔 will never be forgotten. Your amazing 👏! Not every family gets along. That adds extra drama when someone is passing. Thank you for everything ❤️
