Your nurses aid is very unprofessional. You were more worried about discharging my father than your whole staff was about doing there jobs. Example being aid lied about being there and you did nothing. Your nurse showed up Thursday and didnt fill the alarmed pilled dispensor.
I was amazed they had someone out here the very next day after my husband got home! Bobby did physical therapy and Karen showed me how to do my husband's wound care and ordered everything we need. Thanks Bobby and Karen for working us into your schedules!
Great staff and very knowledgeable. Would recommend them to everyone who needs help with a sick family member!! My mother looked forward to their visits.
Staff was professional and very knowledgeable. We looked them up on line and they are a FIVE stars agency. They are also in the top 100. They called and scheduled appointments the night before. Even called just to check on my mom when no one was visiting. They are the only agency we will ever use!
