I knew what was wrong with my pc and was looking for a specific product that's not that pricey. While most places were trying to charge me $150 ignoring my problems I stated I was having and my idea for a fix (which worked); John was extremely friendly and helpful and went out of his way for my problem which ended up costing literally 1/10th of what those other scam artist were trying to charge!
