Charles did an amazing job with our inspection! This is my wife and I's first time purchasing a home and Charles made it easy to follow and upkeep the home. We got a lot of knowledge during the inspection on house maintenance, and for our particular home we received a lot of information about efficiency! We opted for the detailed report, which came with many many photos and guidance to resolve the minor issues. We cannot recommend him enough!
