I rented here during covid. I had my first child here. The house was dirty upon moving in, the dryer vent was set up hazardly. This company fees you notices and makes things up as they go along. Anything to take money. They don't care about you as a Tenant and will pocket your entire security deposit. Almost 6 years renting with this wonderful company, I will do it again.
I rented for 3 years and had a really good experience. Any time I needed maintenance, they responded quickly and took care of the issue without hassle. The rent was fair for the area, and Michael was always friendly, professional, and easy to work with. I’d recommend this rental to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed place to live.
They were really good at working with us. We moved from Virginia 5 years ago and they were seamless in assisting during the move. Easy to communicate to and responsive.
Great property manager, quick to respond to all service requests. If I had to rent again, I would go thru House2home.
