I cannot say enough good things about Sven & Galina! From the moment we met I felt at ease with them. They spent hours inside & outside the house - which made me feel so comfortable. Sven has a lot of technology which he showed me and used to check out the house. His inspection was super hands on, & I felt involved with the whole process. His report was crazy detailed with soo many pictures & descriptions. Definitely worth every cent. I would def recommend Sven & House Whisperer!

Sven is simply the greatest home inspector that you can possibly hire. As first time home buyers, we had a decent idea of the home we wanted to purchase. Most home buyers spend maybe 30 minutes to an hour maybe 1.5 hours at a property. Sven invested four hours of his time at the property and found over 148 issues with a property that we thought was close to turnkey. He also offered a discount with our next inspection. My husband and I used Sven for a home inspection recently to what we thought was going to be our forever home. Sven and his wife Gallina spent over 5 hours on the job, meticulously looking at every part of the house especially the mechanicals as well as all structural elements, all while patiently answering all of our many questions . Having purchased several homes over the years, I have hired many different home inspectors. Recently, however, I hired the House Wisperer while doing my diligence on another real estate purchase. The owner, Sven, was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and dedicated and saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential hidden repair costs. Sven did an absolutely outstanding job inspecting our home. He was professional and responsive at every step of the process and handled our on site and post inspection questions with the utmost sense of urgency and care. He is an absolutely essential part of the home buying process, both with regards to diagnosing potential near term / long term issues that may arise with our home and with educating us on how to run the systems post closing.
