I needed a home inspection done in 2 days after calling him and Steve was more then happy to fit me in and couldn't have been more helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns. He literally goes top to bottom in the house for you and checks everything. He is also very affordable, less then other companies I called. Thanks Steve for your professionalism and expertise
Steve is AMAZING! I can’t stress enough how happy I am with his service. He is extremely responsive and patient - explaining everything about what he was looking at. My inspection was done as a presale inspection to have available for potential buyers on my home. I have no doubt this will get me an offer sooner!
