Good service, helped me find what i was looking for and answered all my questions
I recently went here to get a saucepan to match the others i recently bought amongst many other things, ive just relocated and sought out this store as its always been a go to for kitchen needs, my forst vist was very helpful, the older gentleman was more then helpful and polite ( fatastic customer service) however this time will be my last for this particular store, the lady that works here has a major attitude problem and will talk down to u and at you for simply asking a question. Terrible service. Not willing to answer questions. Won’t go back ever.
Don’t notify you when you qualify for your rewards vouchers went to make purchase on Thursday asked about my rewards voucher told the expired in November and we only tell you at time of purchase so I said well I am not being by loyal to you so I went and purchased in Myer 👎👎👎
