I had found a listing in loopnet and contacted Mr Oscar Paz. Oscar was from the very beginning of the call extremely rude unhelpful and pretended as if he didn't know about which property I was referring to over and over until I pulled it up explain to him the address again for the third time whereupon he then admits that actually that portion of the property had already been rented out and that it was not available as retail space which is what the advertisement showed.
