If I could leave a zero star review, I would. This company is the WORST, MOST NEGLECTFUL leasing office I’ve ever dealt with. I originally was renting from Gary Crim (the most well known slum lord in Youngstown..) and I’d rent from Gary crim 100x over before EVER considering this company again. They are HIGHLY, HIGHLY unprofessional. Neglect maintenance requests for MONTHS, start projects that don’t get finished, block tenants for wanting work finished & acts REALLYYYYYYY sketchy if you try to record any conversations.
