I'm a first time home buyer and my inspector Nick was AWESOME. Nick deserves 10 stars and 2 thumbs up. He went above and beyond what I expected. Very thorough with what he's explaining. Things I may have thought were minor he felt they needed attention. He made my experience great. I even recommended my realtor to add him to her list of inspectors. - Alexis

Our home inspection experience with House to Home Inspections went really smooth. I was easily able to schedule the inspection and then when I arrived with 5 of my family members, our inspector Nick, didn't seem phased at all. He engaged my dad in small talk and showed us how things worked. I received a copy of the inspection report to my email just a few hours later and we were able to submit the list of items to seller right away. Jerry was very thorough and patient in explaining every aspect of the home inspection. He found the perfect balance in explaining his concerns about the property we are purchasing without panicking us about his findings. We recently moved to Milwaukee from Washington and we were nervous about not being able to be present for the inspection. BUT this company was so great with explaining the report, sending pictures and even sent us a drone video of the roof! We were so impressed that the inspector called us to go over the summary page because we weren't there and he explained routine maintenance things vs. things that were safety issue and important.
