I have had the worst experience with this store/company. I ordered a king bedroom set online for delivery to Pa. The communication was lacking, but the store made up for it by adding upgraded delivery and a free item. My furniture was delivered and four drawers were broken and there was a missing decorative piece. One of the drawers was also cracked. The free item also has a leg coming off of it. I purchase a beautiful living room set and had an amazing experience with House to Home furnishings. . Tavares who provided exceptional service was very helpful, and professional. Because I'm located in Florida, He took the time to send me pictures of different sets to choose from. He gave great advice and I got exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. They made my shopping online for furniture and wonderful experience. I would not recommend this place, unfortunately. I ordered a set of 3 black tables, paid for shipping etc… and what arrived was one large brown sofa table. This is no big deal as mistakes happen. However, when I asked them to rectify the mistake I could not get in touch with them for a while after trying two phone numbers, their Instagram and the chat feature. READ ALL!!!! Overall the experience at the actual store isn’t horrible at all. The selections are a lot. He has a lot to choose from and it’s very nice. We purchased a king bedroom set new mattresses and all. The mattresses we purchased they didn’t have in stock anymore but he upgraded us to the next thing-that was great. I have had an account here for 1 year. In store experience was great. The gentleman that I assume is the owner had great customer skills. They helped me with financing and offered delivery options but I had a truck outside already. Depending on what you buy the interest and Bi-Weekly payments can be high . The secret is to pay your balance off within 90 day to avoid the interest. They also offer a discount on your outstanding balance if you pay your loan off early.
