A friend brought his dog in for kidney stones. He is a beautiful full blooded katahula, and without consent, chopped his nuts. The friend was going to breed the dog. Now they want to shut him up for this wrongful procedure by giving him his money back for something they did without permission and he had to pay for. b.s.!
Staff is friendly, caring and very patient. It was easy to get an appointment. Lobby and exam rooms are clean and tidy. Services are well priced and all services and fees are discussed prior to being performed. There is no pressure or guilt trips placed on owners for services unaffordable to them.
We have been with this place for years. They have been our vet for many many years. I really wish I didn’t have to write this. We called on Saturday because our Boxer was having seizures. The earliest they could get us in was Monday. About 2 years ago I called for a emergency appointment for our Boxer and they could not get me in on the same day. Emergency is a emergency. I believe they should of fit us in. My Boxer will now be going to another vet. We did have good experience most of the time but when we really needed them ... read more
