Honest and Professional Business. Mr Dave and Mr Mike are nice people to do business as they make quick decission and close the deal hassel free and in 20 days. They are far better than most of others in this business.
We have been in the market for a house for awhile now but everything has fallen through and conventional financing options were frustrating and didn’t work out. David made this process so easy and nice. The owner financing option was a huge plus for our family. Now our little one and our two big dogs have a yard to run in. Everything was so straightforward and easy, all of our questions answered and explained. We are excited to be homeowners and grateful David has helped us with the opportunity to owner finance.
I had to sell my childhood home the family had owned since 1967, Mike and David were the most understanding, honest, and helpful, giving me the most cash possible (for the condition it was in) out of the 5 investors that I showed the property to (off the market) and they were able to close the deal in only 2 weeks with the least amount of closing cost for me! Highly recommend House Sold Easy!!
