Honest and Professional Business. Mr Dave and Mr Mike are nice people to do business as they make quick decission and close the deal hassel free and in 20 days. They are far better than most of others in this business.
We have been in the market for a house for awhile now but everything has fallen through and conventional financing options were frustrating and didn’t work out. David made this process so easy and nice. The owner financing option was a huge plus for our family. Now our little one and our two big dogs have a yard to run in.
